Identify Assets Needed
In order to ensure a perfect placement, Evolve must fully understand your organization and assets needed to succeed. We meet with your team to understand:
- corporate culture
- your market
- challenges encountered with past employees and staffing
and combine all the results to determine our sourcing strategy.
Define & Refine “A” List – Your time should be spent on top candidates
After determining our strategy, we build a bench of potential candidates for current and future open positions. Unlike many staffing firms, we do not send candidates who only match your basic skill requirements or candidates who are not a great fit with your culture. Instead we further define our candidate pool to an A list for each client and position.
Objective Synergy Process
Evolve provides a service to both candidates and clients and therefore has to ensure synergy on both sides. We ensure the Win-Win scenario discussed in our Employee Evolution. Throughout the interview process, we continuously communicate with both the candidate and client to answer any questions and address any concerns. We are there every step of the way through the process, from scheduling interviews, providing feedback, providing candidate references and finalizing selection.
Relationship Checks & Balance:
Once an offer is accepted the process does not end. We follow up with our clients and make sure they have all information necessary prior to the new hire’s first day. We check in after they start, after a few months and so on – we want to make sure our clients are happy and successful!
